Summary:
Performs general office duties such as data entry, operates basic office equipment.
Handles voicemail system, answers office phone, directs calls to appropriate personnel.
Coordinates events, luncheons, sets up conference room.

Friendly and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills Maintains a calm and a positive attitude in a rapid moving work environment Team player, an initiative-taker, and willing to execute required tasks to complete the job.
Must be able to use Google and Microsoft tools Ability to work independently and in teams with excellent problem solving, communications, presentation and organization skills Must be able to sit at desk for long periods of time Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while acting with discretion and maintain confidentiality PREFERENCES:
