Keep record of as-built files for all underground utilities including but not limited to civil, electrical, and mechanical lines Maintain as-built up to date Review excavation permits daily and check for conflicts with existing utilities Check with each team manager of relevant discipline of utilities with possible conflict Coordinate with Safety Team for approval Work with surveyor to locate utilities on site and check actual survey on site Compile and record (log) permit documents Patrol the site to confirm that the approved excavation permit location and the actual on-site work match Excavation Permit Coordinator
Qualifications:
Completion of a four-year college degree, architectural degree program preferred 10 15 year experience in excavation permit Exceptional coordination skills Ability to use AutoCAD Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database software Knowledge of applicable project management and document tracking Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing Reference # 17376 To view all of our Construction & Engineering roles, please visit jobs.
