Supervisor, Congestion Revenue Rights oversees the operation of the annual and monthly Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) auctions as defined in the ERCOT Nodal Protocols. Oversees the development and maintenance of business processes and procedures for the ERCOT CRR markets. Coordinates , oversees CRR system development and implementation and coordinates with other ERCOT departments responsible for other critical functions under the Nodal Protocols. Responsible for coaching, training, and performance management of staff Scheduling work for employees Reviews and approves staff timesheets and leave requests Recommends, applies and records CRR business rules and guidelines properly to provide effective development, operation and enhancement of the CRR Systems Aligns systems and opens communication channels across internal ERCOT departments to ensure an effective and accurate CRR auction execution Develops and maintains a strong expertise in ERCOT procedures and business functions related to the CRR program and other ERCOT operations Ensures that CRR market activities are performed in compliance CRR business procedures and Nodal protocols Serves as an expert resource for communicating and escalating CRR issues with ERCOT's Governing Board, its subcommittees, individual market participants and regulatory bodies Ensures that CRR team provides accurate and timely data to Market Participants and regulatory agencies Performs monitoring of operational systems functional requirements, deployment strategies, testing requirements, and strategic directions Supports projects, as necessary, to implement improved functionalities to the CRR systems including future enhancements Oversees systems development, product implementation, certification and testing criteria, and general workflow procedures with other departments and CRR Clients by effectively managing projects and contracts Maintains expert understanding and knowledge of competitive energy markets and trends Performs other duties as assigned EXPERIENCE Requires minimum 5 years related work experience and 1 year in a leadership role preferred in excess of degree requirements Experience in electric utility engineering Analytical and/or engineering experience in electric utility operations preferred EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree :
Electrical Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline (Required) or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Process Management, Operations ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
