Job you will do Typical Day in the Life The Director of Talent Acquisition would provide strategy, oversight and guidance for the Firm's talent acquisition processes and requires the ability to work across all levels of the organization with an emphasis on strategic planning and execution. A typical day in the life of a Director of Talent Acquisition might include the following:
Direct the organization's recruitment function by establishing and implementing policies for recruiting, screening, and interviewing individuals to fill organizational roles. Develop and implement the Firmwide strategic talent acquisition plan in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Managers and Specialists. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organizations business, the market, our competition along with an understanding of our candidate and hiring manager experience to continuously improve every stage of the recruiting lifecycle. Track the success of various recruitment strategies and channels to optimize talent acquisition operations. Collaborate with other functions to develop human resource, total rewards, and talent management strategies that facilitate internal/external recruitment and retention of employees. Drive talent acquisition process improvements and creative approaches to increase quantity and improve quality of hires. Ensure support from Eide Bailly offices of recruitment practices and processes through continued communication with Hiring Managers Develop integrated recruitment marketing campaigns (including social media) and implements programs and initiatives designed to elevate our employer brand on all platforms and channels. Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans partnering with Partners in Charge and Industry Leads for workplace planning and talent mapping Oversee candidate screening and interview processes including ensuring reference and background check processes adhere to internal policy and regulations. Hire, develop, and mentor talent acquisition staff with a focus on accomplishing objectives. Collaborate with other members of the HR management team to align departmental strategy or direction with the overall goals of the organization. Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and Firm compliance requirements throughout the recruitment process. Manage immigration and visa process from a new hire perspective. Develop and adhere to annual talent acquisition budgets. Work closely with the Diversity Recruiter and supports the Firm I & D vision and strategies. Who You Are You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field required. You have 10
years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3
of those years focused on leading and developing a talent acquisition team. You have experience with talent planning/talent mapping preferred. You have a PHR/SPHR certification (preferred). You have the ability to plan, coordinate and direct the work of staff engaged in the functions of HR. You have the ability to persuade and influence change. You have advanced knowledge of human resource theories and practices. You have a well-rounded knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations. You have the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally. You have the ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects. You have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients. You are proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and using various software packages.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
HR ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
