JOB DUTIES:
Design, code, test, document and maintain applications to meet business needs based on the defined Software Development Life Cycle. Support application design and programming within the Oracle Identity Management application and the development and maintenance of Identity & Access Management (IAM) system integrating Oracle Identity Manager with Microsoft Active Directory or Azure AD. Work closely with customers, business area subject matter experts, team members and other internal technical teams to design, develop and maintain complex applications in support of market needs and internal corporate requirements. Conduct all phases of product development lifecycle, including the analysis, design, testing and integration of products. Participate in design & architecture analysis, performance monitoring, product evaluation and code review. Contribute to technical documentation. Provide statistics, estimations, development status and reports. Research, evaluate and incorporate new technology and tools to enhance the product & development process. Use toolsets that adhere to the frameworks of the technical stack used across the Application Services division and ensure that products and solutions comply with the organizations architectural standards. Work with business partners to design, develop and support complex business applications and tools. Serve as Subject Matter Expert providing guidance to other team members. Serve as mentor to lesser experienced team members. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, CIS, or MIS. MINIMUM
Experience:
Five (5) years of experience as Software Engineer, Developer or Consultant
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
